Timeless Treasures Letter - 

Dear AACS Family,

             God has blessed us!  It’s been sent!  The AACS cookbook manuscript is on its way to Tennessee!  We’ve made the discount deadline and we’ll have it back by December 1^st! 

             Thanks to all of you for your recipes! For your typing, your memories, your children’s artwork, your favorite quotes, sayings, health tips, Bible verses, and words of encouragement!  This is an astounding cookbook!  We have over 1,000 recipes and hundreds of meaningful “fillers”!  Timeless Treasures has recipes that range from international flavors to family heritages, local greats, incredible American standards, children’s recipes, and non-edibles like play dough, cleaning solutions, and doggie biscuits! 

             Because of the quality, content and enormity of Timeless Treasures, the price will be $15.00 per cookbook.  We are sorry for the increase from $12 each, but we’ve been told and did research which proved it, the book should be priced at least $20.  This fundraiser will directly pay for the books for the Middle school library, and the high school teachers’ and lower school students’ enrichment programs, all of which are not in the budget.     Since at $15 we can still make a fair profit, yet would love to sell it at $20, we are offering these options:

             Paid orders of the Timeless Treasures Cookbook before November 20^th 2005 are $15.00 each.  Purchases after that date are $20.00 each. 

             How do I get one?  There is an order form on the website.  Fill it out, include your check, put it to the attention of Crystal Bowers for accounting, bring it to any school office, and your all set!  

           FYI, the cookbook has a “Seasons Greeting” dedication gift page in the front so you can personalize the cookbook and give it for presents to everyone!!  So make out your list, check it twice, give it to everyone, naughty or nice, and they all will be blessed! 

 Who would want this cookbook?  People who read, people who cook.  People who eat, people who are sad.  Each person will find food for their mind, body and spirit in this cookbook!  Leave it in your office for a conversation piece, give it to your fellow workers, Aunt Irma in Hackensack, NJ, Grandma, and sister-in-law.  Timeless Treasures really speaks miles of kindness!

Where to buy Tickets?     Any AACS campus office.  (After November 1st) 

What's there?     Many, many dishes of prepared recipes from the Timeless Treasures Cookbook.  ~An all you can eat buffet of delectable delights and tasty treats!  

Who's there?     Parents, teachers, friends, children, "chefs", staff, and anyone you want to bring! 

Why there?       For fellowship, to share time together, eating!   

                          To sample the cookbook recipes, tasting many so that this fundraiser will be a success!

                       To encourage purchases of the Timeless Treasures Cookbook. 

Cost:               Tickets are $12.00 per person at the door, with a cap of $25 per immediate family.  

                        Pre-paid tickets are $10.00 per person. 

                        "Chefs" get themselves and one other person in FREE!  

Why a cost?       To get a head count.

                         To add funds to the pre-designated Timeless Treasures locations. 

                         To defray the cost of the cookbook. 

Why should I come?    To have a GREAT time!  Eating, talking, tasting and it's Cheap!!
