Dear AACS Family and Friends,

My family and I have been quite blessed since joining the AACS family in 1999.  We now have three children in the school and have partaken of many potluck suppers, luncheons and breakfasts.  We have been overwhelmed by the love, care, hospitality and generous hearts and hands of our families!  There is no doubt that AACS families can cook!!

We are now engaged in producing the AACS cookbook named Timeless Treasures.   It is a full categorized cookbook - from hors d'oeuvres to desserts and everything in between- filled with tips on cooking, hospitality, words of encouragement, and memorable notes.

The Goal is to have the best, most convenient, tastiest, and heart warming morsels of delectable delights for every age and diet - all in one book!!  We expect 800 recipes should cover this, so send in your recipes, your extended family’s recipes, and please encourage your church and friends to participate, too!  The more recipes the better our cookbook will be!!

Additionally, this cookbook will be Readable so those who love to curl up with a good book can enjoy your words about your recipe, your quips, quotes, favorite Bible verse, humorous anecdotes, personal messages, etc, that will lift the readers’ appetite and spirit.  The details and categories are found on AACSCookbook.

A Personal Note -         As chairperson, my motivation for this cookbook is three fold.  First, I would love to have a collection of all of those great foods which we have tasted over the years.  Second, I would like to help in leaving a legacy that would outlast my family's tenure here.  Thirdly, I would like to see AACS extend our hospitality, faith, and love beyond our campuses in a tangible way for God's Glory alone.

Please join us in helping with this fabulous opportunity! We need everyone’s help, and that means You!!  Please visit AACSCookbook for ideas and inspiration!!  We eagerly look forward to your timeless culinary recipes, thoughtful words, and your family and friends’ treasured recipes to encourage hospitality and bless the AACS community and beyond!!   We all will be soooo blessed by your efforts!!
